Ready-to-eat meal plans designed to support older people in our community are now available, offering a three day supply of quality meals and deliveries twice a week. Simply refrigerate, heat and enjoy!

Choose from lunch, dinner and dessert menus, with options such as:

  • Chicken caesar salad with parmesan and bacon
  • Slow braised lamb shanks and sweet potato mash
  • Braised beef short rib with roasted lemon and rosemary potatoes
  • Pavlova with passionfruit sauce
  • Poached spiced apple with anglaise sauce
  • Pumpkin scones and maple butter

Our quality, affordable meal service can be incorporated into your Home Care Package and includes a client contribution of $6 per day. Private payment arrangements can also be made.

Delivery options

Delivery is available twice a week within selected metropolitan areas. Orders placed by 3pm Friday for delivery the following Tuesday or order by 3pm Tuesdays for delivery on Friday.

Frequently asked questions

Will my meals arrive fresh?

Our meals are ready-to-eat and arrive fresh, not frozen, with simple microwave heating instructions. They are packaged in recyclable disposable containers and can be frozen if needed.

How much does it cost?

Our quality, affordable meal service can be incorporated into your Home Care Package (HCP) or Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP). If you are in the CHSP or have a HCP, you may be eligible for meals at a subsidised price of $18.00 ($6 per day) per delivery.

This service is also available via private billing arrangement. Each delivery costs $67.50 ($22.50 per day) out-of-pocket.

What days do you deliver?

We offer convenient delivery direct to your door on Tuesdays and Fridays. Each delivery contains a three-day supply of meals.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

Meals need to be refrigerated, so someone must be home to receive the delivery. If you let us know in advance, you can also leave an Esky outside your door with ice, or have someone receive the delivery on your behalf, such as a neighbour. We will call you one day before your scheduled delivery and give you a three-hour arrival window.

How many meals are in each delivery?

A single delivery includes a three-day supply of meals. You will receive:

  • three light lunches
  • three larger dinners
  • three desserts.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver single meals.

Can I choose my meals?

You can’t choose your own meals as we work on a rotating three-week seasonal set menu. New menus are sent out with deliveries every Tuesday for the following week. We can accommodate most food allergies and preferences you may have – please ask our team to find out more.

Can I choose how often I receive deliveries?

You can choose from one or two deliveries per week (Tuesdays and Fridays), with the option to set up an automatic reoccurring order if you wish.

How do I order?

Orders can be placed via phone or email. For a Friday delivery, order by 3pm Tuesday, and for a Tuesday delivery, order by 3pm Friday. You can also set up an automatic reoccurring order for your convenience.
